มาสคอต เป็นงานทำชุด มาสคอต ชุดแรกของ อนูบิสท์เอ็ฟเอ็กซ์ เลยก็ว่าได้ นั่นประมาณ 20 ปีมาแล้วมั๊ง ก่อนหน้านั้นเรายังไม่ได้รับงานทำชุด มาสคอต จะว่าไปแทบจะไม่รู้จักเลยว่าชุดมาสคอต เนี่ยเป็นยังไง ทำแบบไหน ตอนนั้นเราผลิตแต่งานไฟเบอร์กลาส หุ่นไฟเบอร์กลาส ตัวการ์ตูนไฟเบอร์กลาส ตัวการ์ตูนไฟเบอร์กลาสหรอ? ดูๆไปมันก็คล้ายๆกับ ชุดมาสคอตเหมือนกันน๊ะ เป็นตัวการ์ตูนเหมือนๆกัน เพียงแต่ว่าตัวการ์ตูนไฟเบอร์กลาสเนี่ย มันทำด้วยไฟเบอร์กลาสทั้งตัว และเคลื่อนไหวไม่ได้ ส่วนชุดมาสคอต อาจเป็นไฟเบอร์กลาสแค่หัว หรือบางตัวอาจเป็นไฟเบอร์กลาส บางส่วน แต่ไม่ทั้งหมด และต้องอาศัยทักษะการตัดเย็บมาช่วยด้วย ซึ่งตอนนั้นเราไม่มีความรู้เลย อาจเป็นเพราะไม่เคยสนใจมากกว่า
อ้าว ไม่ถนัดแล้วมารับงานทำไมหล่ะ จริงๆแล้วก็ไม่ค่อยอยากจะรับซักเท่าไหร่ แต่ตอนนั้น มีคนมาถามเย๊อะมากว่าทำได้ไม๊? แล้วมีอยู่ครั้งนึงซึ่งเป็นลูกค้าที่เราปฏิเสธไม่ได้ ไหนๆเราก็มีทักษะการปั้น การขึ้นรูป ทัศนะวิสัย งานอ่านงาน โดยเฉพาะมาทางแนวการ์ตูนแล้ว อย่ากระนั้นเลย ลองศึกษาดูซํกหน่อยก็ดี เพราะเห็นๆอยู่ว่างานด้านนี้ก็เย๊อะ มาก คนทำก็ยังน้อยอยู่ ก็เลยลองๆทำดูโดยลองผิดลองถูกคิดเองเออเองว่าน่าจะเป็นหยั่งงี้ๆ จริงๆแล้วก็เคยเห็นตัวอย่างมามั่ง ไอ้คนเป็นเนี่ย เห็นแว่บเดียวก็รู้เคล็ดลับ ออกเกือบหมดเลยหล่ะ (ถ้าเราอยากเก็บงานคิดค้นของเราให้เป็นความลับ ไม่อยากให้คนอื่นก๊อปไอเดียเราเนี่ย พยายามอย่าให้คนที่เก่งๆมาเห็นเด็ดขาด แว่บเดียวก็ไม่ได้ แม้แต่รูปถ่ายแว๊บ บางทีสามารถไปคิดต่อจิ๊กซอเอาได้เลย ไม่ได้โม้)
ส่วนของหัวไฟเบอร์กลาสเนี่ย เราทำเองได้อยู่แล้วไม่ได้ยากเย็นซํกเท่าไหร่ การปั้น การขึ้นรูป ก็เหมือนๆกัน ปั้นด้วยดินเหนียว ดินน้ำมัน แล้วถอดพิมพ์ แล้วหล่อไฟเบอร์กลาส(แต่เน้นว่าหล่อให้เบาๆบางๆ ไม่งั้นคนใส่คอหักตาย ติดคุกหัวโตกันพอดี)?ขัดโป๊ว ทำสี ที่ต่างออกมาคือต้องเจาะช่องมอง ช่องระบายอากาศใส่พัดลม( บังเอิญอีกอ่ะแหล่ะที่เราก็มีความรู้เรื่องเครื่องยนต์กลไก งานอิเลคทรอนิดอยู่พอตัว พอหากินได้ ก็เลยไม่ลำบากซักเท่าไหร่) และที่สำคัญ ใส่หมวกด้านในที่คนใส่สามารถใส่ได้พอดี แล้วล๊อคกับหัวมาสคอต ได้ไม่ลื่นหลุด จะได้คล่องตัวเวลาผุ้สวมใส่ชุดมาสคอต สามารถออกท่าออกทาง ได้เต็มที่ไม่ต้องกลัวหัวหลุดกลางงาน
